I am a frequent presenter and thought leader on IT Leadership, and have particular interest and passion in the development of next-generation IT leaders and helping mid and senior level Information Technology managers build the skills necessary to become CIO's. I'm a technically astute, hands-on motivational leader with demonstrated experience building, managing and leading high performance IT teams in large, midsize and pre-IPO organizations, and I have had great success in organizations that seek to transform their IT operations and bring them to the next level of performance and impact.
