I am a Product leader with deep Product Management and Product Marketing experience building and leading small and mid-sized teams of professionals covering portfolios of one to fifty products. I have GM experience that included P&L ownership and overseeing Product, Marketing, Programs, UX, Dev, and QA functions. I enjoy leading teams and have high standards for their performance while also understanding that it's my role as leader to ensure they have the coaching, resources, and support they need to succeed. I excel at shaping product strategies and roadmaps, and at developing GTM strategies. I believe strongly that Product must understand the customers and their needs deeply, and be able to help the commercial side of the business understand the business value our solutions bring to the market. And it is my conviction that Product is beholden not just to customers, but also to the teams charged with making customers successful with our products.
