Forward looking, results oriented IT Manager, with an established track record for delivering value through leadership, program management, and execution. While true, these days that intro sounds a bit trite and "old school" as far as a LinkedIn profile goes. You may have even shouted "Bingo" after reading it :) I get things done. I can (and do) juggle multiple priorities effectively. I am passionate about technology and the impact that IT can have on company success, and am blessed to have a job at a company which recognizes that and affords me the opportunity to deliver those impacts. I'm a connector, and often find one of the most important services I can provide is simply introducing the Left Hand to the Right Hand. I first heard that from a professional colleague from Intel years ago, and I've learned that making a connection, that simple "hey, did you know" can have profound and positive consequences. I love working with people, across teams and across functions, and am somewhat adept at bringing those forces together to solve common problems or deliver complex projects. My dominant Insights Discovery (r) colors are Yellow, Green, Red -- a "Helping Inspirer" -- which I feel is an accurate summary of my personal qualities of being flexible, calm, and motivating while still being able to get stuff done.
