Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated is a holding company that provides life and health reinsurance, financial solutions, product development, risk management etc.

Creative and enthusiastic about my work, I build relationships through flexibility, collaboration and partnership. I lead our group life line of business and our business development strategy and execution. I am also responsible for the sales and underwriting for group life, accident, and disability reinsurance. Further, I create content that addresses the latest trends and topics in the group life and disability marketplace. At RGA, we have a culture focused on relationships, integrity, responsiveness and innovation. We also like to have fun! Insurance can sometimes be a little [ahem] dry, but to those of us who price and underwrite this business, it can also be very challenging. No two risks are exactly alike and every day presents a combination of features you haven’t quite seen before. As an underwriting partner, we are open to unusual risks and are willing to think creatively to help clients achieve their goals. We are also building new predictive tools and innovative products to write better risk and reach new markets. When not working, I spend time with my family. Now that I have two little girls, my sense of humor (as well as my need for coffee) has grown. My appreciation for what we do in the life and disability market has also grown. To help create a sense of financial security in the most uncertain and stressful times in life is not a bad gig. Most of all, I love what I do, and who can ask for more?
