Over the years I have been performing many roles, from dev to senior architect from manager to VP. My responsibilities include hiring, mentoring, training and road map planning, even though I have many duties, I still maintain a very hands on approach working together with the team on design and architecture. Computers and technology is my passion and I feel lucky that I’m able to combine my passion with my work life. in today’s ever changing technology the work we do in the office is just not enough to keep up with new things that come out all the time. In order to really be good in my job reading and researching is not enough, you really have to try it yourself, I spend a significant time on side project playing with different technologies and solutions that later on are implemented at work.
