I am a senior marketer with over 25 years’ experience in brand strategy and integrated marketing production. I am currently the Acting Head of Marketing Channels, where I am responsible for leading the development and delivery of the racq.com website experience and direct marketing communications to members. Before joining RACQ in late 2015, I worked in client services in advertising, marketing and digital agencies in Sydney and Brisbane. I have a strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services sector developed across 17 years in management, business engagement and client service roles. The financial services organisations I have worked with include RACQ, Commonwealth Bank, CommInsure, Colonial Mutual, Suncorp Bank, Suncorp Insurance, Fidelity and BankWest. Other industries have included tourism and hospitality, health and pharmaceutical, commercial real estate and telecommunications. I am driven by giving back to the marketing industry and the Queensland community more broadly. I am the Chair of the Australian Marketing Institute Queensland Committee, a board subcommittee member for the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Foundation, a mentor of young Queensland marketers and an advisory panellist for the RACQ Foundation.
