Earlier, spent twenty years at Price Waterhouse LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP) as Audit Partner and Chairman of the firm's Software Services Group. Board of Directors experience includes currently as Director and Audit Committee Chair at Vivint Smart Home (NYSE:VVNT) and previously at Carbon Black (Nasdaq:CBLK), Vivint Solar (Nasdaq:VSLR), Casa Systems (Nasdaq:CASA), NameMedia Corporation, Novell Corporation (Nasdaq:NOVL), Flarion Technologies and Great Plains Software (Nasdaq:GPSI). Also served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for Millennium Promise, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending extreme poverty in sub-Saharan Africa.
