Sapient Corporation is an information technology services company which provides strategy, marketing, and technology services that enable clients identify and act upon opportunities to improve their business performance.

I am a VP of Technology at Publicis Sapient and have over 24 years of experience in technology and business consulting and currently focusing on growing the Salesforce Commerce Cloud COE. In my current responsibilities, I provide technology vision for setting up enterprise solutions, manage the integration of the solutions within the enterprise architectural ecosystem and leadership for successful eCommerce solutions. Additionally, I manage delivery, provide people leadership and provide tech leadership coverage for my client IT team. I am also responsible for capacity planning and hiring for the COE. I focus a lot on people enablement by training them on required skills. Having spent most of my career at Publicis Sapient that has transformed itself from a traditional IT Consulting firm to a leading advertising agency, my experience straddles both those worlds. My proficiency in delivering experience-driven eCommerce solutions for leading brands is matched by my expertise in setting up and delivering traditional enterprise solutions for clients in industries including Retail, Consumer Products and Transportation. I have successfully led multi geographical cross-functional teams to deliver solutions of varying sizes and complexity. I have worked with clients across North America, Europe and APAC - as Delivery Lead, Technology Lead, Integration Architect, Program Manager and Technical Consultant. I am passionate about open and healthy culture and ensure that the people I am mentoring understand the importance of the same. For my own success, I am always focused on attracting, retaining and developing highly capable, diverse and engaged people on my teams. I began my career in educational management at Exeter Systems India in 1997 where I worked for 3 years. I spent some time at two startups (Redwood and ADG) before joining Publicis Sapient in 2001.
