I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic CIPD qualified HR professional who has a wide and extensive experience in all aspects of HR, including Staffing and Capacity, Talent Management, Performance Management Employee Relations and leading HR operations and teams across the EU, India and North America. I am currently a Senior HR Business Partner supporting board members and other senior and critical leaders in the Technology, Strategy, Creative and Business Consulting sectors. I am a key motivating force and have lead the set-up of a successful HR shared services environment throughout Sapient UK, focusing on not just delivering a diligent administration service but also building a professional and trusted partnership with other HR and Business teams. I have a strong customer centric and sales focused background and I am always open to a challenge. I have won several team and individual awards, most recently winning a company award for leadership. I have been commended for my engaging, natural coaching style with a proven ability to influence key stakeholders and maintain outstanding stakeholder relationships across the organisation. I am driven by setting a positive culture; I set up the CSR policy and team in London. I am a core member of the Women’s Leadership network and help facilitate events to foster and encourage community within Sapient.
