From the time I was a child I was obsessed with learning. There's strength in knowledge, and today I aim my passion towards inspiring others to become their most flexible and successful selves. I build programs focused on skill-building, leadership, and mindfulness. In short, people matter to me. I began my career assisting people with basic needs- food, clothing, and shelter at a nonprofit in Washington state. From there I took on providing emotional and behavioral support as a personal coach and trainer. I also tackled sales problems for small businesses when I consulted with other training companies looking to play on a larger stage. Over the past few years I've focused on employees by developing world-class onboarding and developing my direct reports at Zenefits. In my next position I hope to bring together my various interests by developing employees while contributing to the business's bottom line.
