Joann Woodbridge has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years and is currently the IT Director responsible for customer billing systems at Progressive Insurance. In this role, she is responsible for the performance, maintenance, and operation of the company-wide billing system, including all enhancements, and is point contact for the IT and Business organizations.Joann started her 18-year career at Progressive as an application developer working on development of the policy issuance systems. She has steadily progressed through several increasing levels of management responsibility. At Progressive, Joann has led multiple large-scale initiatives, including the build-out of the computing infrastructure for Progressive's Florida campus, the replacement of the legacy billing system, the PCI compliance initiative for the application environment, and the development of new lines of business for the organization. Her leadership roles have included overseeing development of the policy issuance and billing systems, and the implementation of new infrastructure/technology.
