Eric Sebor joined Proforma in 2012 within the technology department working as a help team specialist; responsibilities included helping franchise owners with questions on order entry, technology related items and also trained new owners on proprietary order entry software. In late 2012, Eric was promoted to the Accounts Receivable Manager position.
