Led worldwide financial planning and analysis at Kraft Foods. • Treasury/Cash Flow: Functional owner of total Kraft Foods cash flow and the related improvement plan. Optimized annual cash used for acquisitions, stock buybacks, and dividend strategy. Negotiated with banks for $10 billion in borrowings required for the Cadbury takeover.
