Key focus on inquiries to tours and tours to move-in in order to drive the maximum number of move-ins each week/month. Impact each community so that it is better than it was before I arrived. Regardless if I am with a community one day or one month, I use my position to elevate the productivity of that team to achieve higher sales competency and drive move-ins. Sales Management: Refine and polish sales practices and their application toward census growth with the sales team and operational leaders. Provide helpful motivation and support to the sales team both ongoing and in conjunction with sales competitions. Hold the sales force accountable to reach target metrics by employing proven strategies that are tailored to the needs of each individual community. Sales Leadership: Instruct the sales team how to work smarter rather than harder. Use structure to build a culture of success across the sales cycle, moving marketing qualified leads to become sales qualified and move-ins. Be welcomed into each community as a trusted expert who is there to raise their productivity. Do this with a successful and strategic mix of nurturing support and strong accountabilities. Bring refinement and polish to sales practices with a mix of support, strong leadership and nurturing fun.
