Chris Rozewski is Director of Data Analytics at Kearny Bank in Fairfield, New Jersey where he leverages business and market data paired with statistical methods and modern technology approaches, to provide insights into business performance and drive growth. Working collaboratively with executive management, using derived data analytics, he enhances decision making processes and strategic planning. Chris serves on the NJBankers Technology (STOC) Committee Advisory Board, and Emerging Financial Leaders Group (EFLG) Advisory Board. Prior to his current role, Chris was Director of Data and Analytics at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, a Wealth and Commercial Bank (total assets of $5.9 billion and AUM/AUA administration of $8.8 billion), where he lead CRM strategy and development, business process modernization, digital campaigns, enterprise reporting, data security, and data governance. He co-founded the Cyber Security Working Group, a technical/threat intelligence sharing consortium with five banks from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. Having arrived at PGB with over eleven years of higher education technology experience, prior to PGB Chris served as Associate Director of Information Technology User Services at William Paterson University where he implemented enterprise wide, user focused, technology solutions. Chris earned his MBA from the Christos M. Cotsakos College of Business at William Paterson University and a BA from Montclair State University. Chris’s collaborative spirit extends into the community, where he serves on The George Washington University School of Business Customer Experience Advisory Council, contributing towards curriculum development and student impact; volunteers at the St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center in Madison, N.J., creating social media content to match animals with new families; and helps build homes for low-income families with Habitat for Humanity. Chris is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
