As a seasoned technology executive and innovator with over 25 years of experience, I have a strong track record of leading disruptive innovation and digital transformation. My expertise lies in developing world-class enterprise, SaaS, API, IoT, and Data & AI solutions, collaborating with clients to create products and solutions that have an industry-defining impact. At Pitney Bowes, I played a key in transforming the company from a hardware-centric to a SaaS, IoT, and digital shipping leader, creating 12+ product platforms and solutions for hundreds of enterprise clients and new businesses. Notably, I developed the Shipping 360 Platform which delivered SaaS-based services for shipping, parcel lockers, inbound shipping, digital delivery, and analytics, generating $200M+ in annual revenue with a growth rate of 26%. I have led that effort to achieve FedRAMP compliance with Shipping 360 Platform which is a major differentiator and key achievement. I established big data, IoT, AI, and data sciences capabilities at Pitney Bowes, mainstreaming data and analytics-centric commercialized product solutions, and built an IoT platform from the ground up, delivering IoT solutions/services to 700K+ connected devices and clients globally. I have led the transition of the ElectricImp platform to PB and responsible for the platform Additionally, I founded Volly.com, the first cloud-based digital mailbox and payments solution deployed across Australia by Australia Post, which was successfully spun off as InletDigital and sold to FiServe. At GE Healthcare, I developed next-generation products and solutions for Magnetic Resource Imaging (MRI) scanners with pioneering technologies. Throughout my career, I have established high-performing teams, hired 500+ talented colleagues, and at present manage a global team of 300+ members with a budget of $35M+. I also actively mentor and coach next-generation technical leaders. I have authored several international technical papers and hold 9 patents. My areas of specialization include digital transformation, global postal and carriers, e-commerce, payments, medical imaging, IoT, mobile, AWS, cloud-native microservices, APIs, data and analytics, AI/ML, cloud, and SaaS services. I have extensive experience building new businesses and extended partner networks and had an opportunity to do global rotation based in Australia and India for 3 years.
