Stepping away as an active CHRO, I was humbled by the many comments made about my positive impact. It inspired me to stay open to ways I could continue to contribute. I found that opportunity by joining the amazing team of Executive Partners at Gartner, all bringing their deep experience as CHROS to bear advising active CHRO clients of Gartner. As a former client of Gartner,, I was fully aware of the quality of their research in the HR space and am proud to leverage it on behalf of my CHRO partner clients.
