As Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Chief Counsel at Infomart Data Centers, Andrew is responsible for lease negotiations, compliance and carrier relations, as well as leading various strategic initiatives. Infomart Data Centers builds, owns and operates highly efficient and cost-effective wholesale data centers in Silicon Valley, Dallas, Texas, Ashburn, Virginia and Portland, Oregon. Andrew began his career over 20 years ago practicing law at large firms, then left after a few years for a more entrepreneurial career path. Since then, he has founded companies and served as a senior executive in technology and venture capital firms in the US and Europe. He was a founding Board member of iWorld Group, a European investment fund focused on mobile applications, was General Counsel of Claritage Capital, a New York and Tokyo-based fund, and served as CEO of Straitshot Communications, a Seattle-based network services company. Andrew has a JD, magna cum laude, from the Washington College of Law and was a Visiting Student at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
