I have a passion for being the best that I can be at what I do. Recruiting has given me the ability to connect some amazing people to opportunities that genuinely improved their lives. That has been the most rewarding aspect of my work. In my career I have conducted over 800 in person interviews and 2,500 phone interviews. I have developed a system of interviewing that has allowed me to gain the trust of my hiring managers. Connecting with a large number of people has helped me build a significant network over time. My network now includes more than 8,000 professionals with backgrounds in recruiting, software engineering and accounting. I have been fortunate to have had a diversity of experiences in my career. I have been able to build a corporate sourcing team a corporate recruiting team and a college recruiting program. I have studied advanced sourcing techniques, mentored recruiters, sat on corporate culture committees and speak publicly about recruiting and sourcing. Additionally I founded and run Recruit Tampa, an organization dedicated to improving the professional level of skill inside of the industry. I started writing for SourceCon in 2014 and I currently write for Recruitingdaily.com. In 2015 and 2016 I was invited to be a guest judge for Entello’s "World’s Greatest Sourcer" contest. Finally, I have published two books.
