I am a results oriented, data driven, talent acquisition enthusiast. I am also a published author, public speaker and eternal student. I have over 15 years of experience in a variety of roles in talent acquisition. I have a true passion for the work. I hope to inspire and infuse expertise into team members and the industry as a whole. In 2014 that passion drove me to start writing for SourceCon and I am a current contributor at Recruiting Daily. I have been fortunate to have had a diversity of experiences in my career. I have been able to build a corporate sourcing team a corporate recruiting team and a college recruiting program. I have studied advanced sourcing techniques, mentored recruiters, sat on corporate culture committees and have spoken publicly about recruiting and sourcing. I look forward to being able to share my knowledge with my peers and friends.
