Beth Gaspich serves as Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for all aspects of finance, investor relations, legal, and global operations including purchasing and facilities as well as management information systems. Ms. Gaspich has more than twenty five years of combined experience leading finance, operations and business activity in the software and financial services industries. Ms. Gaspich joined NICE Actimize as CFO in September 2011. For over three years previously, Ms. Gaspich was CFO of Archive Systems, a privately held company managing both paperless digital solutions and physical paper storage. Prior to Archive Systems, Ms. Gaspich spent almost 10 years with RiskMetrics Group, where she was part of the management team that initiated the spin-off from JPM Chase and led it to a successful IPO in January 2008. Ms. Gaspich is a proven senior level executive with extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership, and working with Board of Directors, banks and attorneys. She is a CPA in NY State with an established record of success in significantly growing enterprise value.
