I am passionate about helping others develop themselves. I have experience leading large multi-national teams, with a total of 8 years of international B2B sales and leadership experience in the high-tech domain. My responsibilities include coaching, business leadership and initiative strategy & management. I started in Sales at NI in 2007, responsible for selling remotely to customers across Spanish-speaking Latin America. I then worked with NI's new site in Costa Rica in 2012 to on-board and manage a new Inside Sales team for Latin America, as well as oversee support and development of our Distribution Channel for Latin America. I subsequently moved to Costa Rica in 2013 to build and manage a new regional sales team for Central America and the Caribbean. I re-joined the Inside Sales organization in 2014 to take on responsibility for all Inside Sales teams at NI's Latin American sites. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and attended the University of Texas at Austin before joining NI.
