Navy Federal Credit Union is an armed forces bank serving the Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, veterans, DoD and their families.

Jennifer has over 17 years experience in advertising, management and program leadership. Most currently she manages marketing operations at Navy Federal Credit Union. She most recently came from LMO where she was Creative Operations Director, overseeing personnel, operations, and program management. With over 13 years’ experience at LMO, Jennifer successfully led the Traffic and Graphics departments, growing them significantly in response to clients’ needs and the evolving industry landscape. She oversaw the flow of thousands of jobs running through the agency each year, innovated processes and work flows yielding significant efficiencies, and was a key component of the agency transformation. Prior to LMO, Jennifer was the Traffic Manager with Belk Department Stores in Charlotte, NC where she managed the graphic design team, scheduled print advertising in 200 markets, and oversaw print production.
