Senior Systems Operations Engineer

I have been in the Telecommunications, Information Technology and Network Support Industry for a little over 25 years. I have a BS in EEC from Louisiana State University which is where I started my career after graduating in 1991. My diverse background includes project management, network design, audit, analysis, troubleshooting, router/switch installation and configuration, cabling infrastructure, optical networking, network management and security. For the past 15 years I have served in the Wells Fargo Network Management Center where my primary duties include real-time monitoring, diagnosis, troubleshooting and timely resolution of all network communications issues on the enterprise network.
