This role served as the Chief of Staff to the Enterprise CIO and managed the Business Management team including, Operations Leaders, Communication experts, and core support service management staff. The IT Business Management organization supported all the business operations for the entire IT community across the company. * 6 years as AVP, IT Program Management. Served as a PM Service Owner with approximately 130+ Project Managers and several Directors. I was responsible for approximately 200 projects annually and $300M, in our P&C lines of business. I served as the IT PM Profession Owner with responsibility for capability uplift and role governance. Our PMO was a Finalist for the 2011 PMO of the Year Award, given by PM Solutions and we were the 2014 Winner of the Stanford University Strategic Execution Award. * 5 years as a Project Management Director. Responsible for PMs, building their capabilities and leadership skills to support project execution. Prior experience includes working on a $40M program as the Business Lead/Program Manager. Also have 2 years working as a Portfolio Director, responsible for approx. $10M per year in various projects. * 5 years as an IT Applications Manager responsible for project delivery, enhancements and support for a suite of applications. * 5 years Claims business experience
