Electrical Engineer with post graduate degrees in Constitutional Law and Finance. Possess over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, including Combined Cycles (running with Gas and Fuel Oil), Eolics, Hydropower, STIG Cycles, Diesel, and Coal plants managing from initial project conception, design, construction, commissioning and operations. Launched multiple projects with CAPX of more than $100 million, managed teams with more than 100 people and has consistently delivered to the budget and performance objectives set by the companies focused on industrial safety, health, environment, quality and business risks.
