Bankwell Bank career began in late 2009 when I joined the Bank of New Canaan as a CRE Relationship Manager. In mid 2010, appointed President of Stamford First Bank, a newly founded divisional Bank of the Bank of New Canaan. In September 2012, promoted to President of The Bank of Fairfield (sister bank to the Bank of New Canaan). In September 2013, all banks merged and were rebranded as Bankwell Bank, and became responsible for all commercial lending originations.
