I lead by: -Envisioning the future and how an organization can strategically mobilize itself to address these realities -Developing and executing a strategic plan for completing organizational vision -Recruiting and mobilizing a team of talented, diverse leaders -Identifying and mentoring emerging young leaders -Raising the funds needed to complete the vision -Learning as a life long commitment Carolyn, my spouse, and I are writers, teachers and have spoken to audiences throughout the world. Prior experiences as a CEO, COO, Chief of Staff and Divisional Head prepare me for a variety of opportunities. An organizational setting that is fast paced; eager to make a difference; diverse; and globally focused is ideal.
