As Asset Manager, Office and Industrial, at Mirvac I am responsible for delivering the sustainable and profitable performance of the assets within Mirvac’s portfolio, assisting with the delivery of Strategic Asset Plans for the buildings. A key focus for my role is driving strong engagement with all key stakeholders and cultivating our customer centric culture. This also involves managing lease negotiations, assisting in evaluating potential acquisitions and disposal opportunities, and implementing annual asset budgets, forecasts and strategies.I have over 11 years experience in the property industry and manage Mirvac’s Melbourne asset 90 Collins Street.
