Ben is the Head of HR at Mirvac (ASX top 50 diversified property company). Prior to this he held senior HR roles at Mirvac and LendLease; has been a consultant with PwC, Deloitte and Hay Group (including operational and consulting leadership roles); and has held various governance roles including Chairing a membership-based industry group. Ben is a graduate of the AICD Directors Course, Chartered Accountant, a Solicitor and a Chartered Company Secretary. Prior to becoming cool and joining the HR profession, Ben lectured/taught accounting and law (UNSW and UTS; including lecturing in the MBA program at UTS) and Ben authored of “Accounting for Dollars; Thinking with Sense – Accounting explained in plain English” (published by LexisNexis).
