Melbourne Water is the wholesaler of Melbourne's water supply and sewage removal and treatment.
Extensive HR Management experience. Commencing as a Payroll Officer learning the basics of payroll, award interpretations, customer service and general advice. Advanced to a Corporate System Administrator, managing the HRIS and payroll function. After some time, I became a HR Advisor then promoted to a Senior HR Advisor mainly dealing with Remuneration and Benefits. In 2007, I stepped into a Team Leader role in HR Service Delivery and after a two year stint, I was promoted to Manager, Recruitment and Employee Benefits. This senior role comprised of a diverse range of HR activities and responsibilities. In January 2012, I was seconded to the role of Business Improvement Manager within an Operational and Maintenance Group. The focus of this role is to work in the People and Culture space within the Group and assist them to progress change and improvements. In March 2013, I returned to the People and Safety Group to the role of HR Business Partner focussing both strategic and employee relation matters across the business. Currently, I am the HR Business Partner for Service Delivery at Melbourne Water.
