A strategic digital technology leader with extensive background in people leadership and management, business relationship management, technology-enabled process change, technology strategy and architecture. More than 20 years of international experience with leading companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM Business Consulting, ANZ Bank and Anglo American. Extensive experience in the resources (mining, petrochemical, water) and finance sectors. Currently employed as Director – Digital Strategy & Architecture at Melbourne Water. Honours degrees in Information Systems and Mathematics/Computer Science, as well as an MBA from Deakin University. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne, studying the societal impacts of the Internet of Things. Digital Strategy and Transformation Very experienced digital and IT strategist, with strong track record from initial strategy formulation through to sustained delivery. Has managed multi-year planning and execution with budgets of $100M+. Governance Experience of setting up and overseeing appropriate governance structures in a number of contexts (e.g. strategy execution, information management, risk management) including COBIT implementation.
