Selim is an expert in information security advisory, consulting, design, implementation and training. Since 2001, Selim held several roles within the IT security department of a global leader of IT services and solutions for ten years followed by a an IT Security Manager role in a BIG4 for 3 years and Information Security Manager of a bank for the last year. While working with heterogeneous networks of over 250 clients across the world and strict regulatory and availability requirements, Selim gained hands-on experience with various security technologies (VPN, Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Anti-Spam, Virtualisation, Load balancing, SIEM, etc.). Selim has 15 years of experience. He is Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer, Harvard Management Essentials Certified and holds Industry standard security professional certifications such as Arcsight, Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet, PaloAlto, Juniper, Stonesoft and F5.
