More than 15+ years in Human Resources with experience in the following areas: * Human Resources Manager with several years of experience in a start-up environment. Experience in the manufacturing, technology and beverage industry and banking. * Coach and advise management on all Human Resources issues and practices. * Corporate liaison to multi-state office in handling sensitive HR matters. * Conduct exit interviews. * Develop Employee Handbook. * Guide management and staff appropriately to ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures. * Administer benefits plans (i.e., medical, dental, vision), FSA and the 401(k). * Conduct annual open enrollments. * Counsel employees on benefit options. * Determine compensation levels for new hires. * Experience supervising the administration of Worker's Compensation. * Manage staffing efforts: reviewing and pre-screening of resumes, interviewing candidates and conducting background checks. * Supervise administration of the Payroll function, Receptionist and Customer Service Representative. * Especially interested in working in a start-up environment.
