Sales management – I have experience in sales planning, promotions, and “big picture” thinking having worked as a sales manager in financial services, direct selling, retail, financial services, and high-end sales. Sales coaching – I have coached and trained selling under many sales systems in various industries - automotive, retail, furniture, telecommunications, and financial services. Sales success - 15 yr sales track record of success. Supervisory – I have managed staffs as large as 25 in multiple locations, requiring delegation, inter-personal, disciplinary, and time-management skills. Leadership – I have worked my way up through organizations by going the extra mile and through self-education. My greatest strength may be in bringing together those with opposite opinions. I am currently leading a merchant association that is driving change in the community by creating common ideals that all can relate to, and then using those ideals to create a consensus proposal for civic improvements and for the petitioning for funding for our long-term vision of the area. Personal growth of my staff – I encourage my staff to have dreams they are willing to chase and then push them to go get those dreams! I want them to grow by setting and then achieving both personal and professional goals.
