I am a lawyer with much experience with domestic and foreign trademark portfolio management, including clearance and registration, infringement and disputes, and trademark licensing. I also handle information technology licensing agreements and contentious matters involving computer hardware and software, e-commerce and Internet use and abuse. I have handled many domain name dispute cases under the UDRP rules. I have worked extensively in corporate and commercial business transactions, joint ventures and start-ups, including complex mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings. I was recognized by World Trademark Reporter in 2012 - 2020 publications of WRT 1000 as "Recommended Individual" in New Jersey. I have been elected a NJ "Super Lawyer" in several years, including 2012- 2014. I am the President of the Wharton Club of New Jersey, the alumni association for business-minded graduates of the Wharton School and all other schools of the University of Pennsylvania. I am also involved at the leadership level with the Licensing Executive Society (US/Canada) and in 2012-14 served as co-chair of the Software Subcommittee of the High Tech Sector.
