My practice covers complex products liability, toxic tort, pharmaceutical, environmental, and personal injury litigation. I represent multinational Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies nationwide and am a member of a national counsel team representing a global pharmaceutical company. I have long represented manufacturing companies in their asbestos litigation throughout the country, including Texas, New York, California, Oregon, Washington, the Midwest and the East Coast. Currently I also serve as the co-defense liaison counsel for the asbestos docket in Connecticut. Select achievements/accolades: • James W.
