I am a learning and development professional with extensive experience in global training strategies, program management, client consultation, instructional design, eLearning development, needs analysis, and facilitation. I've been fortunate to have the opportunity to train both customers and employees on a wealth of knowledge areas ranging from: technical skills, product knowledge and soft skills (coaching, sales and service). My experience includes launching various types of training programs for a global audience across four continents. In recent years, I've taken my L&D experience further into client engagement and experience. Through training, I've enabled Client Success teams and customers to see faster product value and adoption. These experiences have enabled to me to play an active role in Enterprise customer experience and journey mapping.
