I have 25+ years of experience and strong knowledge in the industry as a cost- and quality-conscious leader with a proven record of transitioning products while reducing costs and enhancing quality. I currently manage a high growth business to include all aspects of operations from global outsourcing to implementing critical business process changes. I oversee a subset of operations and business processes to a tier 1 third party service provider. These processes include video event review, driver data log, and compliance form processing. I also lead business process management activities which successfully transitions services to a third party service provider. I do all of this while also managing a team of Order Management analysts responsible for quoting and booking activities. All in all, I implement effective solutions in the diverse disciplines of operations that drive cost savings, minimizing overall company risk and financial liability. I am passionate about working in my profession. In supply chain, I enjoy negotiating and structuring the outsourcing product or business process projects. In the Operations role, I love being a contributor to the company bottom line cost savings. I am invigorated by crafting out process work flow that could eliminate or reduce handling and queue time. I am also excited by the opportunity to remove potential rework cost along the way.
