About Lumenis Lumenis Ltd., formerly ESC Medical Systems Ltd., develops manufactures and markets state-of-the-art proprietary laser and intense pulsed light devices. Its systems are used in a variety of aesthetic, surgical, ophthalmic and dental applications, including hair removal, non-invasive treatment of vascular lesions and pigmented lesions, acne, ENT, gynecology, urinary lithotripsy, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urological conditions, open angle glaucoma, secondary cataracts, age-related macular degeneration, and refractive eye correction as well as neurosurgery.

My career has been split between upstream marketing, downstream marketing, capital sales, distributor management and product management. I ran engineering teams, did pricing analysis and competitive reviews to bring products to market early in my career. I grew a distributor sales organization, which took me to presidents club. I ran all aspects of a downstream marketing from the hundreds of trade shows and workshops to full digital marketing planning and everything in between. Most recently i am helping align fit between products and markets in product management. Someone who checks my references will hear one of three things (1) a “doer”, (2) absurdly organized and thorough or (3) a marketing person who can think like a sales person ... the greatest compliment. :o) I have a long career in capital equipment and disposables. If you need to get folks to buy something big and expensive, I probably can figure out how to build it, market it and sell it.
