About Lumenis Lumenis Ltd., formerly ESC Medical Systems Ltd., develops manufactures and markets state-of-the-art proprietary laser and intense pulsed light devices. Its systems are used in a variety of aesthetic, surgical, ophthalmic and dental applications, including hair removal, non-invasive treatment of vascular lesions and pigmented lesions, acne, ENT, gynecology, urinary lithotripsy, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urological conditions, open angle glaucoma, secondary cataracts, age-related macular degeneration, and refractive eye correction as well as neurosurgery.

Over the past +15 years I have held key positions in complex, highly regulated pharma, and medical environments, where I was leading and interacting with teams of experts, in bound and outbound, to successfully introduce and convey the stories of innovative solutions to varies unmet clinical needs. I am highly experienced in managing a full product life-cycle within the healthcare arena, from inception to fulfillment and practice a thoughtful leadership approach, both strategic and operational. I am grateful for the strong long-lasting relations I have managed to establish with clinicians and PAGs and acquired connections with a broad range of industry experts (PR, RA, IR, R&D). Being a purpose-driven & people oriented, I am mostly passionate about engaging and working together, on-life & on-line, with researchers, developers, clinicians and patient advocacy groups, to make positive impact on patients' lives.
