As Littler’s Chief Knowledge Officer, I lead the firm's effort to provide innovative client services by integrating new technologies and work processes and enabling attorneys and clients to access the collective knowledge and experience of the firm's more than 1,000 attorneys. My team of 60 professionals, including over 20 attorneys, help our attorneys collaborate, work more efficiently and provide high-quality legal services in unique and innovative ways. I believe that the legal profession must join the digital information revolution that has positively impacted every other professional service . We must move legal services online to better serve our clients. At Littler, I have worked to accomplish this by leading my team to develop cutting-edge technology solutions such as SmartSearch, Littler GPS, HR PolicySmart, and, working with a multi-disciplinary team, Littler CaseSmart, an innovative approach litigation services. I am responsible for the firm's Executive Employer® Conference, an annual gathering of in-house counsel and HR professionals representing some of the country's leading organizations. I was the co-creator of Winning Through Prevention: The Littler Employment Law Challenge, a teaching tool designed to enhance the training of managers and supervisors. I am the co-founder of ComplianceHR, a joint venture launched in 2015 with Neota Logic, a legal software company. ComplianceHR leverages Littler’s unparalleled knowledge of employment law with the power of Neota Logic’s expert systems providing a transformative suite of online legal compliance solutions. Previously, I served as SVP of Learning for Employment Law Training, a premier provider of on-line legal training and I founded the Littler Learning Group, a division of Littler that provides innovative compliance training solutions worldwide. In addition to leading the Knowledge Management Department, I serve on Littler’s Board of Directors and co-chair the firm’s Innovation Council.
