Michael Claprood is the Southern California Senior Vice President and Area Director for Lee Hecht Harrison who is part of the Adecco organization. Michael manages a team of LHH business developers, account managers, and admin support that specialize in working with key strategic accounts in Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 organizations in implementing human capital solutions. Each of the last 3 years Michael’s team has progressively exceeded their KPI’s in quality, sales, and operational efficiency. His team has achieved year over year sales growth by 20% and has brought on a total of 100 new accounts each year. His team has consistently been in the global top 10% of LHH. Michael has over 18 years’ experience in assisting corporate clients in the bio/pharma, entertainment, manufacturing, financial, retail, technology, healthcare, and food industries. He has managed multi-national teams and accounts that cover Europe, South America, Asia Pacific, and all of North America. Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Michael was a Director of Business Development with Bernard Hodes Group and an Account Director at TMP Worldwide, specializing in talent acquisition management, where he managed a team with revenues in excess of 6 million dollars. Michael was also a business developer for DBM (a global provider of outplacement services) for over 7 years, where he sold their entire portfolio. Michael achieved Presidents Club and Team awards each year and achieved annual revenue of 10+ million dollars. Michael holds a BA in psychology from Azusa Pacific University, a Master/Teaching Credential Certification from Azusa Pacific University, and a MBA Highlight Certification from INSEAD.
