I am a Partner in the Financial Restructuring Practice Group in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office. I represent a broad range of clients in financial restructuring and insolvency matters. I have represented debtors and secured lenders in a variety of restructurings and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. I frequently represent institutional senior-secured lenders in syndicated credit facilities, with particular experience in the energy, healthcare, transportation, retail, manufacturing, and media industries. I have experience negotiating, documenting and closing distressed M&A transactions and senior-secured credit facilities. I also have significant commercial litigation experience.
