A PR college graduate at 19, I have developed profile for countless brands at agencies, corporations and not-for-profit organizations. I have also given back to the community as a mentor, awards judge, guest speaker and by sitting on various boards of directors for international associations, universities and colleges, and won the CPRS PR Professional of the Year Award. I have held progressive positions ranging from CEO, President and Partner at one of the world’s largest PR agencies to Managing Director and Senior People Leader for a Big 4 international management consulting firm. My role is to motivate and build consensus with diverse stakeholders across a global network of 140+ countries in a matrix structure. I currently oversee central services, operations, recruitment, coaching, training, budgets, vendor management and employee engagement. In addition, I collaborate with high performing onshore and offshore teams to deliver editorial, creative services, and risk reviews. I play a leadership role on the M&C Learning Academy, KPMGI M&C Leadership Team, Women's Interchange Network, Enactus World Cup Steering Committee and created the mentorship program. A strategic and resourceful process junkie, I am passionate about delivering quality, exceeding expectations as well as building top notch talent. I am not a great cook so I love dining out, watching binge worthy TV, going to TIFF, writing, and value my family and long-time friends. Views expressed are my own.
