Lead the Market Insights team at KPMG in Canada, supporting Clients & Markets. The team provides insights by using data and analytics to support the firm across all markets, functions, industries. I am focused on leveraging data in new ways, uncovering patterns and trends, identifying opportunities and strategic direction. I enjoy being able to bring new ideas, identify key findings and hidden insights through research and data, connecting the dots and telling a new story. In all activities, I believe in supporting the business strategy and values of the organization, providing actionable recommendations, recognizing how and where data & analytics, research can assist in business, market and account development, thought leadership and client insights. My role builds upon my over 19 years of research experience at KPMG. Over my career, I have developed detailed knowledge of research based thought leadership, on a variety of industry and business issues, developed the firm's client feedback program, enhanced both secondary and research deliverables, and improved CRM processes and data. I previously led the Research & CRM team, which provides research and CRM services to all firm members, leading a team of 14 research & CRM professionals in Canada, and 16 team members located in India. The Research & CRM team is a national Centre of Excellence, responsible for providing research and insights to all functions, shared services and geographies through a variety of research methods - Business, Competitive and Market Insights, Market Analytics, Primary Research, Client Insights and CRM operations and email automation. I am experienced in all aspects of research including: secondary research, survey design, interviewing and focus group moderating, data analysis and interpretation, competitive and market intelligence, client feedback and Voice of the Client, and am also a Net Promoter Certified Associate, Satmetrix.
