I am a business growth and talent expert. I’ve dedicated my career to help businesses in realising their potential by organising themselves and managing their talent in a way that maximises their growth and performance.With over a decade of experience, I cut my teeth as a change management specialist in large corporates in North America before moving on to support all aspect of organisational design and talent management across local and federal government as well as the private sector, including ICT, manufacturing, healthcare, and forestry and mining. I then moved to multi-nationals in the financial services, pharmaceuticals and technology sectors, working across Europe, Africa and Asia to deliver operational, leadership and cultural change to large and complex businesses.Prior to joining Korn Ferry, I co-founded Onyx Consulting which specialised in growing the potential of SMEs, particularly in the tech sector. Our cutting-edge methodology focused on aligning business strategy and operations with execution and talent. This gave me a deeper insight into how organisations work and the challenges their leaders face both day-to-day and long-term.Drawing on this experience, I help organisations to manage and develop their talent.
