For Kichler Lighting, managing graphics has represented a significant undertaking - and one that is very important to the company's customers and partners. Kichler produces a new catalog every six months featuring thousands of images of the company's high-end decorative light fixtures, many taken from different angles or in different settings. In the past, the images were stored on various personal and shared hard drives and folders. Finding the right image to meet a dealer request was time-consuming and error prone. Now, bringing the full power of Artesia DAM to bear, images can be quickly located by product ID, product family or catalog version - all without involvement from the graphics team.

Built team, supply chain, and omnichannel sales structure. Led development and launched products in 300+ lighting showrooms and key eCommerce platform within 18 months. ✔ Strategic Change Agent: Developed and deployed a multifaceted strategy across Sourcing, S&OP, Plant Management, and Warehousing that delivered $25M in improved cash flow while increasing customer service levels as VP, Operations at American Standard. ✔ Operational Excellence: Implemented advanced Operational Excellence and Lean tools such as Total Productive Maintenance, Strategy Deployment, and Six Sigma to reduce Customer Quality PPMs 53% and decrease inventory $12M+ as SVP, Operations at Superior Essex Corp. ✔ Customer-Focused Supply Chain Design: Shaped consumer-centric supply chains based on eCommerce channel service requirements capable of same-day shipment for both Kohler Co. and Kichler.
