Michael is a founding managing partner of Celesta Capital — a technology venture fund focused on accelerating the monetization and scaling of disruptive companies globally. Prior to Celesta, he was a founding partner of Riverwood Capital, a Menlo Park-based private equity firm. Prior to establishing Riverwood, Michael was a partner and senior advisor at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in 2006 and 2007. He spent 13 years as CEO and then chairman of Flextronics International Ltd., building it into one of the largest technology companies in the world. Michael currently is a Director of Bossa Nova (Chairman), Atonarp, Enjoy, Colors, White Rabbit, The Melt and H2O.ai. Previously, Michael was a Director of Schlumberger Limited and SanDisk.
