I have nearly two decades of leadership experience in the B2B marketing space. I consider my key professional accomplishment building the marketing department at The Jacobson Group from the ground up. Fresh out of college, I was the insurance search and staffing firm's first marketing professional; and I am proud to be here more than15 years later with a successful team behind me dedicated to all facets of marketing and brand strategy and execution. I am extremely proud to be part of a company that is so involved in the success of its core industry, insurance. At Jacobson, we consider ourselves part of the industry and are founding partners of key initiatives aimed at the talent health of our industry. One such initiative is the Insurance Careers Movement (ICM), a grassroots effort amplifying the message that insurance is the career trifecta and increasing our young professional talent pool. In fact, I will admit that one of my proudest moments as mommy was when my nine-year-old shared that she shouldn't use the same verb two sentences in a row!
