I am Senior Vice President of Operations for The Jacobson Group, the nation’s oldest and largest provider of talent to the insurance industry. The firm connects organizations with insurance professionals from the board room to the back room on both a permanent and temporary basis. Jacobson’s comprehensive solutions include executive search, professional recruiting, RPO, temporary staffing, subject matter experts, and on-site and work-at-home operations support. Since joining Jacobson in 1998 I have worn many hats including accounting assistant, project manager and administrative manager. In my current role, I establish the strategic direction and execute corporate administrative operations for the organization as well as manage the administration and travel service departments. Prior to joining Jacobson, I was the Supervisor of the Employment Information Systems department at Reid Systems where I managed the department’s workload, met and exceeded client service expectations, established quality controls and trained and hired new staff.
